Refund policy

1. Customized digital services

iClone provides digital services tied to a particular account, order, and device identifier, including certificate preparation, device binding, app signing, activation information, and software-source delivery. These results are immediate, digital, and customer-specific, and normally cannot be withdrawn, resold, or returned to an unused state after delivery.

2. When change-of-mind refunds are unavailable

• The order has entered automated processing, certificate preparation, device binding, app signing, or digital delivery;
• An activation code, installation link, signed app, certificate entitlement, or software-source access has been generated, displayed, or delivered;
• The customer changes their mind, selects the wrong plan, supplies incorrect device information, changes devices, or does not follow the published instructions;
• A restriction results from a third-party account, network, device software, Apple policy, or another platform change and iClone has otherwise delivered the promised service.

3. Exceptions we will review

We will investigate duplicate charges, orders that have not entered processing and have not been delivered, and cases where a failure attributable to iClone prevents delivery after reasonable remediation. If an exception is confirmed, we may provide an original-method refund, replacement delivery, or equivalent service as appropriate.

4. How to request a review

Email admin@iosclone.com with the order number, payment evidence, a clear description, and any necessary screenshots. Do not send full device identifiers, activation codes, passwords, or other sensitive information through public channels. We will review the order, delivery, and payment records before responding.

5. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory local law provides additional remedies for digital content, customized services, or defective performance, those mandatory rules prevail.
